Welcome to Gigsterr! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Gigsterr mobile applications, website, and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Gigsterr Pty Ltd ("Gigsterr," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Sandton, South Africa. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
Use of the Service:
Gigsterr grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for your business management needs, in accordance with these Terms.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gauteng, South Africa. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gauteng, South Africa.
